This 10,000 square foot facility houses the Peterson Clinic on the ground floor and a soaring event space on the second floor. Both levels have spectacular views of the Willamette River.

The Foundry

The site was once the home of a steel pipe foundry. Much of the pipe for early Portland utility projects came from this foundry.
